How do I place an order?

To place an order you can contact us via email or telephone. Alternatively, if you wish to place a single order you can simply fill in the online order form and a member of staff will get back in touch with you.

Most orders are dealt with at our Head Office but will be distributed from your nearest warehouse to ensure prompt delivery.

At Alivini we operate out of hours order processing service (via e-mail or answerphone only) which guarantees that orders received overnight can be processed immediately.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Orders are usually dispatched the following working day in the London area, provided your order is placed before midnight the previous working day and payment terms are agreed.

For outside London areas customers are advised to check the delivery schedule.

Is there a minimum spending amount?

For deliveries in the London area a minimum spend of £120 is obligatory for free delivery (conditions apply), otherwise a courier charge may be charged.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. At Alivini we suggest that regular customers set up an account, this enables us to work more efficiently.

Non-regular customers may opt for a COD account or, please see minimum spend terms.
