Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order you simply have to contact us via email or even by telephone. Most orders are dealt with at our Head Office but will be distributed from your nearest warehouse to ensure prompt delivery.


Q: How long will it take to deliver my order?
A: Orders are usually dispatched the following working day in the London area, provided your order is placed before 3pm the previous working day and payment terms are agreed. For outside London delivery schedule please click here.


Q: Is there a minimum spending amount?
A: For deliveries in the London area a minimum spend of £100 is obligatory for free delivery, otherwise a courier charge may apply. For information on deliveries outside London please contact us.


Q: Do I have to have an account with Alivini to place an order?
A: No. At Alivini we suggest that regular customers set up an account, this enables us to work more efficiently. Non-regular customers may opt for a COD account, please see minimum spend terms.

Q: How do I know if a product is in stock?
A: Alivini is currently developing an online purchasing system whereby our customers will be able to see stock availability. At the moment we advise customers to contact us by telephone or e-mail with the order so that our sales team can assist customers with any stock enquiries.


Q: Where can I get a brochure with prices?
A: All Alivini brochures will be available by clicking on the 'products' tab. Product prices will only be available to customers who have set up an account by logging in (customer portal currently under construction).

Alivini Company Ltd has both a London branch and a Leeds branch enabling us to deliver to most parts of the country on  a regular basis.

Deliveries

Our delivery schedules are devised to accommodate all our customers as efficiently as possible. Deliveries are carefully planned ensuring that customers receive deliveries according to distance/route to and from your nearest branch.
