Position: Order Processing Clerk. Fluent English & Italian. (LONDON OFFICE)
Description: A medium size, well established Italian importer and distributor of wines /provisions is seeking the recruitment of an Order Processor Clerk, Telephonist/Administrator must be fluent in English and Italian languages to strengthen the order office in our London branch.

The tasks include telephone liaison with customers and sales representatives, taking and processing orders (using SAGE), invoice preparation and general office administration, whilst also reporting to the office manager and working closely with the Accounts department. The successful candidate will be professional and accurate.

Working Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 17:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings - flexibility required.
Requirements: Computer literacy required and office experience preferred. Must have worked in an office environment and lived in the UK for a minimum of 1 year.
